Heavy-duty Tires Cleaning System
SoppaGate is a wheel cleaning system designed to remove large particles from the surface of logistics wheels. It consists of stainless steel trays and high polymer brush strips.
The brush features a unique bow-shaped structure, with a V-shaped arrangement of brushes at the top. As the vehicle passes through SoppaGate, the brush moves side to side under pressure, allowing the top brushes to make full contact with the wheel surface.
This action effectively dislodges contaminants, which are then collected in the bottom tray. In just three full rotations, SoppaGate removes over 95% of the larger particles from the wheel surface.

For a sound cleaning of forklift tires we recommend at least 3 full wheel-rotations to remove more than 80% of the larger particles from the wheels.
